

The workaround is to increment the “PrinterDriverAttributes” value in the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Enviroments\Windows圆4\Drivers\Version-3 key by one. The proper solution would be to get a packaged driver from the printer manufacturer, however this server was already using the latest drivers. Open the Print Management console on the server and select drivers to identify these. This error was suppressed.Īfter some research I have found out that this is happening because the print driver on the server is not a “packaged” driver. The specified printer driver was not found on the system and needs to be downloaded. The user preference item in the Group Policy Object did not apply because it failed with error code 0x80070bcb
